One separate journey

Going to another city once?

Request or offer a single city-to-city or town-to-town departure. Once-off travel is separate from repeating trip membership.

Passengers

Request the route you need.

  1. Add pickup and drop-off locations.
  2. Choose one departure date and time.
  3. Review a matching driver's profile, fare and terms.
  4. Request to join and wait for acceptance.

Drivers

Offer available intercity seats.

  1. Publish a single intercity departure.
  2. Set seat capacity, fare and pickup terms.
  3. Review every passenger request before accepting.
  4. Use trip chat after matching.

A decline does not close the passenger request.

If one driver rejects a request, it can remain available to other suitable drivers until matched, cancelled or expired.

Important distinction

Once-off travel is not a temporary repeating trip.

It does not create permanent membership, recurring seats or a return booking. If people discover that they share a regular route, they can create or join a repeating trip separately.
